Family oral history says he was a half brother to Victor, Cesar, Edmar and other Galtier. Carmelite is thought to be his mother. Octa Galtier and Mrs Louis Galtier are in my grandmother's ("Bessie" Gaspard) address book. Victor Galtier and Don Louis Gaspard eventually went to Newark, NJ. Is this the same Galtier family?
