The closest I found was in St. Mary in like 1860. There weren't many with the exact spelling in any year and they were primarily in the New Orleans area or in North LA. However....I did find in the Vermilion Parish History Book I, pg. 315, within the story of Thomas Scott Winston and Mary Celeste Moss is a sentence that says: "Mary Celeste Winston married Ernest Bolling and settled in Richmond, Virginia." Perhaps this is info you already had, I couldn't tell. So that would give you people ties between Richmond and Vermilion. Mary Celeste had siblings, perhaps you can find some of their descendents. Perhaps Ernest Bolling had siblings. Mary Celeste's siblings remained in Louisiana according to the article in the Vermilion Parish History Book. Good Luck!!
