He was an elderly black man who was retired from the railroad as a conductor. Willie gave dad a bag of papers, maps, and magazines one day out of the blue,& recently, my dad just decided to just give them to me. I am trying to figure out the connection between Willie and the Bollings. My thought is to piece together this puzzle.
