I knew he was in the 1850 Vermilion Parish census and I know that his wife was remarried to a Sylvester Monceaux in 1854. She was a widow. I wouls appreciate any and all information you can spare. Ambroise was the very reason I get started in this genealogy thing. I learned about my whole family but Ambroise. Thanks Forrest
