Does anyone know how to contact Ernest Russ Williams, Jr. He has written at least 2 books on Ouachita Parish families and an abstract book on St. Helena Parish. I'm trying to locate him to see if he still have the books available. Roy Austin

I have 2 vols. of ENCYCLOPEDIA OF INDIVIDUALS AND FOUNDING FAMILIES OF THE OUACHITA VALLEY OF LOUISIANA. I have tried since 1997 to find out when vol. 3 is to come out, but have had no luck. I don't know if it will ever be published. Lincoln Parish has tried for years to get vol. 2 and had no luck hearing from him. If you are able to contact him, ask about vol. 3 for me.
