I was recently in Union Parish and didnt come across but one volume of Union Parish History. It was at the library and they kept it behind the counter ! After several attempts to ask questions on Union Parish history the clerk took it out and said it couldn't be checked out only read there at the library. It must be a very treasured book ! I would love also to my hands on volume I & II. There is very little family histories at the library. My hopes are to place the Redden and Glass families there if I ever get through! Nelda Breazeale
