Debbie, I have been going from court house to court house looking for my ancestor's marriage license. The last was Claiborne and they told me to try Union and Bienville. too. I would be so grateful if you would look and see if you have a John Smith in the very early 1870's or maybe late 1860's with a bride that may be listed as either Nancy E. Atkins/Adkins or could be she used her name she used later in life of Lizzie. Debra Sorry, I can't find a marriage for them, however, the dates for 1874-1880 are missing from the book. And those would be your target dates.
