Hi fellow researchers. I'm searching for information on the family of Thomas Pinkney WHITE (b. 1801) and his wife, Margaret "Peggy" HILL WHITE (1804-1870) who lived at Marion, Union Parish, LA from about 1841 to 1862. Pinkney died in Alabama and, in abt. 1841, Peggy moved to Marion, along with her brother, John HILL, who was guardian of her minor children. The children were: George Washington WHITE, b. 1824, Ann Drewsila WHITE, b. 1827, and John Allen WHITE, b. 1829. Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated.
