Hello List- seeking the address of Union Parrish Library, I have a ancestor that was named J .M Risenhoover that may have died in Monroe, His parents names were Bernard and Laura( Laurie) Risenhoover nee Holand.. I dont know if Monroe is in Union Parrish or Ouchita Parrish.. I am hoping someone may have a history book that lists families and can be checked for names and dates.
