I agree - it is a little confusing trying to decide what material is posted where. I think the explanation is that in the past there was little coordination between the pages. Due to the superb efforts of Karen Mabry-Rice, the archives page turned into a wonderful resource, and it appeared easier to get materials posted on the Archives rather than the Project page. I'm going to try and do some re-arranging on the pages this summer, and (hopefully) this will make it more clear what material should be on the different pages.
