My main research line are the Hintons. Thomas Hinton came from Laurens Co., SC, married Mary Cox in Clarke, Co., AL and came to Union Parish before 1850. Many lines from GA and AL married into this family and have spread out in LA and TX. Would be happy to exchange with anyone researching these lines.
