I checked all four volumes of the Cemetery Inscriptions of Union Parish, Louisiana by W. C. Nolan and did not locate either Jeremiah Burson Adcock or William Adcock. I wonder if Burson might have been a family name also. I found that there were a number of Bursons buried in Sweet Home Cemetery and Teel Cemetery, both in Union County, Arkansas just a short distance from the Union Parish line. Sweet Home Cemetery is located 3 miles north of Oakland, LA (north of Truxno) on Arkansas Highway 275. Turn east onto to Union County Road 95 and travel approximately one mile. Cemetery on left; old church on right. The directions I have on Teel Cemetery seem to be incomplete. It is more than probable that Jeremiah's grave went unmarked. I have ancestors that were probably buried on their property in Shiloh in the mid- to late-1800s but can no longer be found. What a shame. Roy Austin
