Shiloh is located on Hwy 2 that runs between Bernice and Farmerville. About all that is there now is the church and a few houses. My own family home is on this same road a few miles from Shiloh church. Keep in mind that Bernice and Farmerville are small towns. I'm not sure if there is a McDonald's in either place. I know Farmerville does have some fast food restaurants now. The most likely place for folks to stay would be Ruston. There are several motels there off of I-20. If my memory is correct it takes about 25 to 35 minutes to get from Ruston to Bernice and then another 5 minutes to get to Shiloh. El Dorado Arkansas and Monroe, La. are reasonably close also. I am doing some research on the web and will have some suggestions as to motels in Ruston and a listing of museums, parks, etc. I could put up a web page and post this information in addition to doing the flyer. What do you all think? This might be the easiest way to get the information to everyone interested. Maradee Liggin Cryer
