Hi. I have put a couple of Bapt Association minutes from this time period into the LaGenWeb Archvies. These types of things are GREAT. The La Bapt Assoc Building in Alexandria has a library that has lots of the assoc minutes books in them. They were printed up and give all sorts of info. Here is an example of what one looks like. This is in the Tangipahoa pr archives <ftp://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/la/tangipahoa/church/magee.txt> so don't expect to see any of those good ole UNION Pr. boys and girls in there. I have a friend who found a death notice for an aunt in one of these books and that is the only place she found that information. These are great little known resources!
