    3. This if for all the Farrar Descendants in Union Parish, LA: Will of Henry Farrar: In the name of God Amen. I, Henry Farrar, Sr., of the County of Perry and State of Alabama, being old and declining but of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament. At my death I will to my son, Winston Farrar, to have a Negro man named Washington. I also give to my son, John Landers Farrar, a Negro man named Duncan and to my son, Robert Francis Farrar, a Negro man named George and to my daughter, Elizabeth Lumuis (the last name is practically unreadable - anyone know what this name was ??) I give a Negro boy named Rubin during her natural life and at her death to her bodaly (?) heirs and to my daughter Judy I give a Negro woman and child (Mary and Godfrey) and to my son Henry Farrar (my ancestor) I give a Negro man named Jim and also to my daughter Miley (daughter by second wife, Obedience KELLY - this daughter died before she was grown and is buried in Perry County, AL) I give a Negro Woman and Child (Tara and Aaron) to the bodaly (?) heirs of my son Stephen Farrar, deceased, Martha, Judy, Elias, Louisa I give Fifty Dollars each and to my wife, Obedience Farrar, I give a good horse bridle and saddle and a Negro girl named Chaney and Two Hundred an Fifty Dollars in Cash and Land, Stock, Farming utencils, and Furniture to be sold and after paying any debts if any and defraying other expences and claimes the balance to be divided among the heirs and I do hereby nominate and appoint William McAdams and Edward Page executors to this my last will and Testament from under my hand and seal this Twentieth day of September one Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Five.
