Roy: I can put us a family sheet on the web for data entry. That way everyone on the list who knows they are coming (or even if they can't come) can add their information ahead of time. I can set it up so that individuals can directly type their information on the web page entry form, save the form to disk fill it out and send it in, or just send in a text file. The same form can be available at the reunion to get information from those who just show up. We can then post the information on the Union web site or give everyone who attended the opportunity to download and printout their own copy, or produce a book and charge for printing costs. Once we collect the information we can decide what is the best way to let everyone have access to it. Since this is something we probably need to do anyway I will start working on a form and put a draft up for everyone's comments before I actually make it so that it will collect information. To start with I was thinking it should contain: You and Your Spouse, Your Children, Your Parents and Grandparents (all with addresses/cemetery and whether or not they are attending the reunion), then a simple list of the earliest ancestor you know of in Union Parish and whether or not you are working on compiling genealogical information on your family. In addition to basic names and dates there should be comments or text box where narratives can be added. Where do we live: I live in Dallas, TX (University Park, near SMU). I was born and grew-up in El Dorado. My mother lives in Felsenthal and El Dorado when she is not in Houston (she and my stepfather have houses in all three locations and spend a week here and a week there. I spend most of my vacation time in Calion where we have a lake house and do genealogy with my Tubb Nolan double cousin. Felsenthal, El Dorado and Calion are all in Union Co. AR. Sue
