I am in hopes that someone can help me. I am searching for the death/burial place of my third great grandfather Benjamin MERRELL/MERRILL. From information given by his son's wife, he is said to have died in Louisiana in 1855. I know that Bejamin and his family are on the 1850 census of Union Parish and that a Benjamin is in some of the court records there. Any help on this would be appreciated. Lisa Kight
