I have been reading with great interest about this reunion, it sounds great!!! I do have a few things to throw into the ring. I'm not sure how many of you have ever been there but I can tell you that you DO NOT want to have this thing any later than May. It is very uncomfortable for people who aren't used to it. I must also tell you that many of the cemeteries and churches are in the BOONIES. If you don't know there you are going you can find yourself very lost. I am fortunate that my family lives in Spearsville so I don't have to worry about lodging, but it is closer to ElDorado than to Ruston from Spearsville. ElDorado has a nice library if you can get there a day early, also Ruston has a good library. I also here the fried fish place in Spearsville mentioned. It is called Bonnie's and it is very good, my sister works there. The trouble with that is they will only be able to seat about 50 people as it is in the back of a convenience store. I will also warn everyone to bring antihistamines -- even if you think you don't have allergies. Trust me you will!!! I'm not trying to be a wet blanket, really. I just wanted to let you know about a few things. The people who live there will give you the shirt of their back. It is possible that some of the families at Shiloh Church,or First Baptist Church would open there homes. The pastor at Shiloh is named Pate. The pastor at First Baptist Church is Steve Dominy. I hope I haven't offended anyone. Please discuss. Gina
