She i= s=20 still compiling a list of all Civil War soldiers who are buried in Arkansas. Arkansas Genealogical Society is indexing all the delayed birth certificates= =20 that have been filed in Ark. Remember, Arkansas did not require birth=20 registrations until 1914. That does not mean that people actually obeyed the= =20 law and filed. Years later when people need a birth certificate to get=20 Social Security, delayed birth records were filed. Until now, no list was=20 made of these.
