MY THANKS GO TO KAREN ALSO. I have been to the courthouse in Farmerville several times. There just always seems to be something I missed. I want to thank everyone who has contributed information on Union Parish. I go to Baton Rouge Bluebonnet library once in a while. They just don't have the info that all of you are putting on the website. I especially thank Jan Craven for telling me about this site. Karen, I am so glad to be related to you on the Poole Mabry side. I am hoping to go to the DeShazo reunion in Leeds Ala. Unfortunately, I know these are all relatives, but I can't prove my John DeShazo from Union Parish is from this line. I know it is, but there is no proof of his father. Someday I hope to prove it. Thanks again for all the cousins I have met and for Roy sending me the deed that has Miles Gathright's name on it. Spring Hill Church means a lot more now. Candace
