Wanda sent a list for the Spearsville school picture tonight with the people identified as to position. Remember, this was the 1930s - these folks would be in their 60s, at the most 70s. You may know some of them - you may BE some of them! J. R. "Doc" Calloway of south Texas sent the most wonderful photo of (his ancestor?), the Rev. Abner Josephus Callaway baptizing folks in the Bayou D'Loutre. I will have the 1830 Ouachita Census fully transcribed (21 pages) later tonight or tomorrow.
