Go to start and use your right hand to click explore Do not delete the file itself but: Go to cookies and delete Go to temporary internet files and delete Without these cookies the virus cannot attach itself to your file. I cannot imagine anyone without an online virus protection program. It isn't that expensive and I am able to update every day. This only takes about 5 minutes.
