    1. Is UnionReunion still on???
    2. After suggesting a date, seeking volunteers, and making some other suggestions, there seems to be not much interest in the reunion. In trying to make final plans so that appropriate announcements could be mailed, etc., only two individuals offered help--Maradee Cryer for brochures and Sue Linder for registration form. We need to know whether to proceed or not with plans. The church still has to be reserved (no one has volunteered to do that yet). Did we dream a little too big? Did the holidays or flu bugs get in the way? Let's hear from everyone and make one last push if we are going to move forward or decide that it would be better done another time. In addition to hearing comments like "good idea, count me in", we really need to hear "I can do ______." Send your responses to [email protected] so that everyone can read the responses. Roy

    2. Does anyone know of her., I tried contacting the hotel and no one knew her. I don't know how long ago this query was written or who sent it to me. Miss Bess Woods, Melrose Hotel, Oak Lawn, at Cedar Springs, Dallas Tex. would like to know the descendants of William Charles Masterson who died in Union Parish, La. before 1872, when his mother's estate was settled J. E. Trimble was tutor of his minor children in this settlement. Miss Wood would like to know descendants of Mary (May) Masterson who married Thomas M. Everett and Eliza Ann Masterson who married S. Gathright. Miss Wood said she has a great deal of Masterson information and will be glad to share it. I know the S. Gathright is Spencer Gathright, the son of James Miles Madison Gathright. Madison Gathright was the son of James C. Gathright and Elizabeth (Parnell?) . I hope someone can find some info on this. Thanks Candace
