I know that Stephen Conrad, who lives in Shreveport La, was researching Conrad from SJB Parish. He sent me his file, but I don't have a Ursule Conrad listed. He has a Conrad web page on the Net. I don't know the address but I thing that it is on the Family Tree Maker site, if I remember.
