Good Evening: MyFamily.Com does send passwords; however, it is best NOT to use those passwords. It is best to make your own password up. It works much better that way. I'm sorry you have experienced difficulty with MyFamily. I'm on about 50 of the listings and I have had no trouble whatsowever.
