This Bill authorizes States to turn existing Interstate and US Highways into toll roads. The Senate has already passed their version of this Bill. Mark Kennedy (R-MN) has an amendment that limits tolls to newly constructed lanes with the stipulation that the toll would end when the lane is paid for.
