    2. Here is another fine example of why a genealogist should look at records well beyond the time period of a person's life for some more answers... This woman, according to her grave marker, died in 1905. Her Estate Succession was not Probated until 1951. Rapides Parish, La., Conveyance Book 407, Page 445, Probate #7240, Estate of Emma (Emy) Johnson Cloud, dated, filed and recorded 2 March 1951. Judgment of Possession - Upon application of the petitioner, Jerry M. Cloud is recognized as the surviving spouse in community of the deceased, and these other petitioners, recognized as the sole surviving heirs of the deceased: Hadley Cloud, Patrick M. Cloud, Harrold (sic) Cloud, Bessie Cloud, wife of Mason Willis, and Marcella Cloud, wife of Alonzo Willis. Jerry M. (Jeremiah, buried beside 2nd wife ? Oder), Patrick M. (buried beside wife, Virgie J. [Johnson ?]) and Emy Johnson Cloud, buried on the other side of Jeremiah Cloud. Are all interred at the cemetery at Union Hill, La. located west northwest of Glenmora and south of Hineston. Happier Hunting to you all ! Houston
