I'm still searching for a death date or burial place for both Robert L. Fox and his wife Sarah A. McKinney Fox. Sarah disappears from the records between the 1870 and 1880 censuses. Robert was on record in 1875, selling property but dead by 1886 when his daughter filed to be appointed andinistrix of his estate in order to pursue a claim filed by him againt the U.S. Government. Robert L. Fox served as mayor of Alexandria, La. in 1874 and I just can't believe that there was no notice or obit in the newspaper, but to this point I haven't been able to locate one. Can anyone help?
