June 26, 1948) first married William "Billy" Hanks on Nov. 8, 1873 in Opelousas, Louisiana. She is said to be buried at the Elizabeth Cemetery, in Branch, Louisiana. Does anyone know were the cemetery is located? Francis Cordelia Soileau Hanks children were: Lucy Hanks, Mary Elizabeth Hanks, Benton Horace Hanks, Arthur Allen Hanks (my great-grandfather), Alice Dore Hanks and Caroline Hanks. Francis Cordelia Soileau Hanks Stark second husband was Rufus "Ike" Stark. He was the son of John M. Stark and brother to Mary Stark Hanks.
