I have not been able to get into the vital records index on the website for www.sos.la.gov in a long time.  I can get all the way to the titles for birth, marriage and deaths but when I click on any one of those it won't open although it says new records are posted daily.   Does anyone know if this site has been discontinued for our use online?   Thanks!
