Carolyn, As far as I know, a complete index to these records is only available in the multi-drawer card file at the NOPL's Louisiana Division. A small part of the index has been transcribed and is online here: http://nutrias.org/inv/jpmarrindex/jpmarrindex.htm My understanding is that before Katrina, someone from the LDS was microfilming the cards. I don't know the status of this project. I believe that NOVA volunteers are working on this as well. Can someone update us on this? The records themselves are available on microfilm at the NOPL or through any Family History Center, but they are of little use without a reference from the index.
