Carolyn, a few years ago, I paid $22 at the Notarial Archives for my gr-gr grandfather's will ($1 per page) then learned I could have ordered the FHL film and printed it out myself a lot cheaper. You can go online at www.familysearch.org, find the film you need and order it through your nearest local public library. The Ft. Worth Public Library ordered FHL films, so I'm guessing a library in DC would also offer that service. Worth checking out.
