Dear Group, I have taken RollCallNames - July 2005 that I got from Peggy Rooney, and prepared an email to each person on the list. The email shows the names you are researching with your email address. I have not sent them yet, but will do so today. You will receive them as a private email from me joan_f_schaefer@sbcglobal.net. Please send a reply to me only, and tell me what names you would want added and what names you would want deleted. It you have no additions or deletions, please respond that they are correct as given. I will be paying attention to what comes through as non-deliverable. The list of those I am sending to follows. There are four names on the list that I marked "(alt)". That means that my software changed the email address when I clicked on it to a different name. If your name is not on this list, you will need to make an email for me with your email address, your own name, and the names you are researching. If you sent in your Roll Call in the last month or so, could you be in charge of resending it to me personally? I believe that it would be most efficient to include as many names as you want. What the list will provide when we get all of the names put together in email address order, is a new list: RollCallNames - April 2008. Then the sort on the names being researched will bring a perusable list of names. I even think that you might want to put in variants especially if the variants would not fall near each other in the alphabet. I do not understand the merit of the "Louisiana only" idea. Perhaps we should hold a discussion of that for the next 24 hours or so before people start sending in their replies. Tell me what you think.
