Send to the address noted above: Louisiana Division/City Archives New Orleans Public Library 219 Loyola Ave. New Orleans, LA 70112 A small part of the JP index is online here: http://nutrias.org/inv/jpmarrindex/jpmarrindex.htm Other marriage records (1870 to about 1957) can be obtained from the Louisiana State Archives for $5.00. These marriage records are also available on microfilm through any Family History Center, but since the loan fee is now $5.50 per roll, ordering a copy through the NOPL or the Louisiana State Archives is now less expensive. If you just have one or two you want to try, you might ask the list if someone going to the State Archives will look up and copy a couple for you at a lower cost.
