Try using http://lalibcon.state.lib.la.us/ put in your library card number then it will take you to the page with all the different databases the libraries have. On the right side is statewide databases and Newsbank is under that one. I have a Jefferson parish card, so I have HeritageQuest on the left side which offers some of the census records.
