I'm trying to determine the name of the church on a catholic marriage record. It appears to say xxxx Cathedral. This is the list of churches Jan found at that time but it doesn't look like these. I'm not going to send the picture of the document to the list, but if someone is willing to take a look I can send it directly to them. I have a list of churchs that are listed in the Arch.of NO Sac. Records, they are: St. Bernard Church, St. Bernard St. Charles Borromeo Church, Destrehan St. John the Baptist Church, Edgard St. Louis Church (Cathedral), New Orleans St. Mary, New Orleans (Chartres Street) People say "High Maintenance!" like it's a bad thing.

Are you certain it's a Catholic marriage certificate? If so, the archdiocese can tell you for certain which church if you contact them with the information. There is also an Episcopal church in N.O. called Christ Church Cathedral.
