Renee: The article title says it's St. Bernard Parish and from the names listed, they probably are. District court numbers change over time, so back then, St. Bernard may have been in the 25th JDC. The drawer numbers may also not be relevant any more, especially since Katrina. They may even be inaccessible. As I noted in the June issue of Le Raconteur, the St. Bernard clerk's office is temporarily being housed in a strip mall while the old courthouse is being renovated. Some of the older records are stored in a warehouse. They may not be accessible for some time.
