I would like to know what happened to Lewis Boatner after his parents died. He ws born Aug. 23, 1916 to Mary L. Guion and her husband Oscar [Oren Mayo] Boatner. In the 1920 census he was an only child. His mother died in January 1926 and his father died in April 1926. [Only death notices, no obituaries] What happened to Lewis then? I haven't found him on the 1930 census. I have seen his death certificate. He died in Miami Dade County, FL on May 21, 1976. Miami Dade library says there was no obituary. The death certificate says he was divorced and his parents were unknown. What happened to him between 1920 and 1976? Did he have any siblings? Who did he marry, where? When and where were they divorced? Did he have any children?
