    2. Also try putting the name in the Inclusive field in quotation marks, then put the date in the Date field. If that doesn't work, change the name field to Last name only in quotation marks and enter the date field. You have to work around those fields. If all else fails, put the last name in at the top and it Enter. You might get a ton of hits depending on how common the last name is. Also, in the Inclusion field, just put the date you are looking for.
