I admit, I'm clueless.  No surprise there. Today, I was taking my cat to the vet, and I made a U-turn on Bonnabel to head to Veterans in Metairie, and low and behold, I saw Walgreen's instead of Lamana Panno-Fallo Funeral Home that had been there for ages. Obviously I don't pass there often and I do have a vague recollection of a "For Sale" or "For Lease" sign on the property some time ago.  Since I haven't heard anything about it, I tried to "Google" for information and got nothing.  Since the people here deal with "the deceased" and may keep up with funeral home info, I thought I'd ask if anyone knows what happened, if they've moved, where have they gone?  It's nice to know this kind of stuff if one ever has to look for records.  Where have their records gone? Are they somehow connected with the Garden of Memories Funeral Home at the cemetery on Airline? I know this is more of a "Jefferson" question rather than "Orleans" but I'm not on the Jefferson maillist and since many of us live in the area, I thought I'd ask here.  Everyone is always so well-informed (except me).
