If she died on 16 december 1990 in Val d'Or, the local newspaper should have her oibituary and the obituary would have the names of her parents and maybe her siblings, her husband and her children listed. If her family lived at Val d'Or, the parish church at Val d'Or should have a record of her birth death, marriage and the names of her parents. The church may have the records of her parents and grandparents as well.
