The reason I keep trying to make this connection is that I have my Grandfathers Batismal certificate (posted earlier here for a better translation) and it names Caroline Paradis and Onesime Landry, as the parents of Joseph Landry b. 15JUL1883 St. Pascal, Kamouraska (ie. my Grandfather). In prior postings I was directed to look at Jean-Baptiste Landry b. abt 1801 in Kamouraska, PQ m. (Marie) Modeste Potvin (Poitevin) b. 24NOV1798 offspring. Apparently they only had 3 offspring 2 females and Guillaume Landry (1 son to carry that line) If Guillaume is the father of Onesime then the connection is made. Maybe they had more than 3 children, but I cannot find where they did. (you have way more info than I can get ahold of) You also list Joseph m. Anne Ploudre, could this be my Grandathers 1st wife?
