Hi All, Yes, David, I think that's the right Ridgeway Arms (Chorley & Bolton Rds). Great to see a piccy -- even if the webpage can't seem to agree if it's "Ridegway" or "Ridgway" :-) On another matter, my wife and I have been having a BIG argument on the pronunciation of the name GREEHALGH. She's talking with a Yorkshire background ( wash your mouth out :-) ) while I'm taking about North Lancs. Was there a difference? I see there are a few subscribers on the list with that name, so could you please give us some sort of "phonetic" spelling, I'd be very grateful. (Particularly if it agrees with my pronouciation!)
