Unrepentant, I make me own Chili! Or curry! I like "make it up as you go along" cookery of the "tater pie" school, my wife is disabled so I do much of the cooking in our house. (There's a joint in the oven now!) Luckily we both like things like corned beef hash and sausages, casseroles and things - you can shove 'em in the oven and let them cook while yer on here!
