This week, the Pendle & Burnley Branch of the Lancashire Family History & Heraldry group are presenting a talk by Derek Clabburn, entitled “the Richardson Family of N Birley, Bradford and Thornton in Craven”. It will take place on Wednesday 15 August in the meeting room in Colne library, starting at 7.30pm - doors open at 7pm. All welcome. The meeting room is upstairs but there is a lift available if required. He will feature Frances Mary Richardson Currer of Eshton Hall who became an heiress, she never married Please note: Colne Library closes to the public at 6pm.
