The meeting will be held in the usual venue, Cunliffe Hall (Chorley Masonic Hall), Cunliffe Street, Chorley, PR7 2BE. Guest Speaker: Gillian Lonergan - ‘More Than Just a Shop’ Do you remember the TV ads - ‘It’s all at the Co-op now’, or the Divi? A History of the Co-operative Movement. Doors will open at 7:00pm, there will be a chance to chat to other members and perhaps ask for help with any problems you have come across in your research. As always, a warm welcome awaits everyone, admission is free, but donations from non-members are very much appreciated. Application forms to join the Society will be available, please just ask.
