It connects Faulkner Street (which turns into Smithdown Lane) at the north of the map, and Upper Parliament Street to the south. There are a number of small, named areas, 'Burne's/Burke's Place', 'Albert Place', 'Victoria Place', 'Queens Court', ('?'), ('?'), 'Ann (Court?)' , 'Foundry Terrace', 'Cambridge Court', 'Foundry Place', 'Railway C?', 'Cumberland Court', 'Ellen's Pl'; However there are none obviously named 'Harding Close'; This map is from an 1848 survey. If you search on Google Maps for 'Aigburth Street, Liverpool, UK', it will show you the modern day detail. I will leave it to others to review how this may be of use to you.
