If you do order the certificate (I see you're in the US) order it from the GRO: http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/ using the above references. This is the cheapest method. It costs 9.25GBP including postage and takes roughly three weeks to arrive. Do NOT order it through any Genealogy websites or agents - they'll charge you a small fortune. .
