The 1841 census is from Guisley, Yorkshire. I might be getting excited for nothing, but this town is 28 miles from another town called Braithwaite, which just happens to be the middle name of young Joseph Charles Braithwaite Ellis !!!! It was quite common to name the son after the father/grandfather.
