That way the entire household could be seen as one, apart from the redactions. But since I don't know what the surviving document looks like, this may not make much sense.... Another point that I don't know about is whether the custodians of the data have access to death information, or death info up to the formation of the NHS, or no access at all and therefore basically everybody born later than 100y ago is held to be alive....
